'Dragon Khan' is definitely one of the most fun trails in Santa Coloma. The fast paced descent with some technical bits and loads of grippy sandstone features is simply made to be one of the top trails in the area.

The climb is super mellow, except for a couple of more steep and technical uphill sections

Ask anyone who's been to Santa Coloma what their favourite trail is and the reply will 100 % be: 'Spiderman'!

The uphill is super mellow, following a sandy road that only gets a bit more steep and technical towards the end. The trail itself is very easy with just a few roots and rocks. All in all, it

This one was most likely our favorite tour of the trip so far. The area is called 'Geobike Lo Podall'.

The climb is quite easy. It follows a sandy road that gets a bit more rocky and steep towards the top. The views from the top overlooking the lake are first class. For the descent, we combined two different

None of the tours we rode on this trip scream "earn your turns" as much as this one.

The uphill looks decent when you only look at the elevation profile – but it's all rocks and loose gravel. You'll definitely have to put in some work to reach the trailhead, but the reward is worth it.

We started in a very cute little town called El Puyeo de Araguas (good parking available and many cats to pet). From here, we made our way up to the trailhead of 'Collado de los Muertos' and 'Cuello San Beturian'. Two very fast and rocky trails – mostly flowy, sometimes technical.

The climb at the start is the same as to the 'Carboneras' trail, so first gravel, then a relatively easy uphill flow trail. At some point you'll think you reached the top ('Carboneras' trail to the left), but just keep following the uphill trail to get to the actual top.

The first part of the uphill was gravel which then turned into a relatively easy uphill flow trail.

Once you leave the forest, you've almost made it. A sign saying 'Carboneras' will not only lead you to the trailhead, but also to a Lion's King like rock with a magnificent view of the lake.
