Gravelbiketour von Leipzig nach Eilenburg, Bad Schmiedeberg, Oranienbaum und Delitzsch zurück nach Leipzig. Die Landschaft? Einfach traumhaft – mit Seen, Tümpeln und mega schönen Waldstrecken! Der Untergrund war ein wildes Mischmasch: feinster Asphalt, Kopfsteinpflaster, grober Schotter bis hin zu Sand, in allen Abstufungen. Das Wetter? Ein echtes Wechselbad: Sonne, Regen, Sonne – Regenjacke an, Regenjacke aus! Nahrungsversorgung am Sonntag war eine echte Herausforderung! Also war der Kofferraum meines Rads vollgepackt mit Snacks und Gummibärchen, aber Wasser? Ein ständiges Problem – ich hätte am liebsten einen Lieferdienst bestellt! Zum Schluss ging’s leicht bergauf und der Regen kam zurück, begleitet von meinem „Freund“ Gegenwind – der wollte einfach nicht locker lassen! Trotzdem war’s eine mega Tour! Dübener Heide, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

A beautiful route from Frauenstein via Freiberg to Nossen and then back via Klingenberg. I've now literally recreated some of the suggested routes for you... thanks to Komoot's road-avoidance strategy and the idiot who tries it anyway... again and again! Anyone who follows this route should use their brains more than I did.

A varied tour around Leipzig and Halle. I can't recommend the route exactly, though. At times, it went along truly terrible dirt roads, paths that could only be described as dirt tracks, and far too often over cobblestones. It was still fun, but I'd adjust it a bit next time.
