Why does Strava measure the average speed differently - I think because Komoot uses the overall time and not the moving time?

An Inadvertent Urban Exploration

Too hot to have fun
Halfway through the ride I doubted my sanity for starting so late in the day. After 3 hours in this heat I found it difficult to find my normal energy levels.
