Mostly traffic free along NCN 14 and then 1 to Seaham. No facilities on the old railway path so don't forget snacks and water. Didn't deviate into any of the villages so not sure what's available. Some rough track. And not that well signposted as you go towards Seaham, there are some painted arrows on the floor so follow them.

Changed the tour slightly to include the Via Verda. Not suitable for small children as some roads are quite busy.
