...Weltkulturerbe RAMMELSBERG...
Heute besuchten wir das Erzbergwerk Rammelsberg. Das Bergwerk wurde 1988 nach über 1000 Jahren nahezu ununterbrochenen Bergbaus stillgelegt; seit 1992 gehört das Schaubergwerk Rammelsberg zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Die Führung " Ende in Sicht" vermittelte uns viel Interessantes über das Leben und Arbeiten der Bergleute über und unter Tage. Im Anschluss genossen wir im Restaurant eine Bergmannssuppe und einen Kaffee, bevor wir uns noch unzählige Ausstellungsräume anschauten. Nach 5 Stunden beendeten wir den Rundgang, obwohl es noch sooo viel zu erfahren gab - leider kann man all diese Infos nicht aufnehmen... Fazit: ein wirklich lohnenswerter Besuch!
