Been doing since for 2 months now and feeling better by the day , started to get fit using a gym just before lockdown and then back into bad habits during lockdown - doing between 12 and 15 miles most days and always looking for new routes around Morecambe Bay - Canals and Estuary - heading further afield slowly and getting confidence on the roads , already considering upgrading my bike and i try and take photos on my rides - 30 miles is my personal best so far which i am proud of as before i started doing this i would not have even considered that i could do such a thing , upwards and onwards with one eye on the coast to coast !
