Short but pleasant excursion inside the Apuan Alps Park. From San Pellegrinetto we went to discover the ruins of Vispereglia, a small village abandoned about seventy years ago.

Challenging ride on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Locations touched: Ponte a Gaio, mouth of Giovo, Hannibal Pass, Flat lake, Nero lake, Campolino mouth, Fontana a Troghi and finally the Clessidra crest to return to Ponte a Gaio. Wild and not very crowded places, consequently even the paths, especially after Foce di Campolino, are a bit dirty. Not to be done alone.

One of the most famous Single Trail in the Alps: From Cima Garibaldi (2838 m)
up to the Furkel hut (2153 m). From 10 to 16 it is forbidden to travel
in MTB the trail, this means that bikers must start from the top
Garibaldi at 8.30 at the latest, to reach Malga Furkel in
      weather.
Departure from the Stelvio Pass, After a short but steep
uphill you reach the Garibaldi refuge where the
fun on the Goldsee trail and more ...
The first kilometer is technically easy and we can admire the whole panorama
      that that area offers us,
then the path becomes exposed and fast, but at every bend you realize that it is better to slow down and
however it always remains a very exciting trait.
From beaten path, it becomes covered with rocks and
every now and then you have to get off your bike to pass them and the closer you get to Malga Furkel you lose the exposure
start of the path and you enter a very fun single track.
Arriving at the Malga, a necessary break is a must to catch your breath, from here on, the second part of the ascents and descents begins
in endless and technical singletracks that will take us to Prati allo Stelvio ...
Once in the village, the third and last part of the tour begins, the one that, if downhill the singletracks were infinite, the ascent
at the Stelvio Pass it is more! but getting to the Pass with your own legs deserves all the effort ...

The Goldsee Trail doesn't need too many introductions. Surely one of the most beautiful trails in the entire Alps. Starting from the Stelvio Pass, take it near the Garibaldi Refuge (2850m asl) and end at the Forcola Refuge (2150m asl). NB: this section is forbidden to MTBs from 9 am to 4 pm. The path does not have significant technical difficulties, except in some points, but it always has a certain exposure downstream and a rather limited width. The views, needless to say, are fantastic. After the Forcola continue on sent. CAI 4 up to Malga Stelvio di Sopra (2077 m asl) and, from here, on the fun path. CAI 11 (very nice to ride on MTB) up to Prato allo Stelvio. Now comes the best part: having opted to go up to the Pass in the saddle, the 26km and 48 hairpin bends of one of the most famous climbs in Europe await us.
