A really nice stroll, mainly through the countryside, until reaching the railway line for the final part.
Varied terrain throughout this walk, which provided different scenery, with some great views over Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Beware of attempting this walk after heavy downfalls of rain, as

A great little walk for a family or dog walker with this "there and back" walk.
Some great opportunities for photos with the viaduct along the way, before starting the return journey home.
This route includes an amazing "hidden gem" of a tea and cake trailer parked up in one of the farm fields en route

A great route which takes you around the railway.
Slightly confusing directions whilst at Bitton Railway, but I will remember this for next time!
Popular route, as we saw a lot of other walkers, during this time.

An easy walk, without any difficulties or challenges.
The area of the Stanton Drew stones were not as exciting as the round house!
Beautiful countryside route to follow, with clear directions.

A great location, especially as we had the dog (Hobbs).
Lovely woodland area to explore, though doesn't include some of the areas of interest in Leigh Woods (for example the fore pit or sculptures).

A peaceful walk, in a beautiful location.
Experienced a lot of different terrains including peddled beach, woodland and roads.
The route doesn't take you around the weir, instead just past (so you may need to add this on to your route).

Ashton Hill in Bristol was a scenic walk, even in February!
This circular walk has a pathway, but be mindful this muddy and water logged in places.
We walked through the woodlands, following the winding path, until we returned to our originally starting location.
