Nice circular hike.
Not too strenuous, but in midsummer probably very uncomfortable in the blazing sun. There is almost no shadow.
In the middle of the tour you can swim in a picturesque bay from rock slabs. At the end of the tour, there are further bathing opportunities. One with the finest sandy beach

Hey, the Kritsa Gorge.
It's great, we did it in 2021 too but from a different starting point and the big loop to the end of the stream bed, but without the detour to Kritsa and the outside starting point.
You really have to be careful in the narrow part because of falling rocks :-O
