By Norwegian standards, the tour is not too difficult. The path is only really steep in a few sections. The view, on the other hand, is spectacular in 360 degrees.

Relaxed and easy little hike with great views of fjord and glacier.
Along the way there are 3 very different churches and some beautiful viewpoints. The burial mound in particular invites you to linger under an impressive tree.

After a steep, arduous climb and a relatively bumpy but very beautiful passage across the high plateau, you are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the skerries.
Allow plenty of time, we were out for 7 hours. But it was absolutely worth it.

The approach is very impressive, but also demanding, as you drive for about 45 minutes on a road that only 1 car can fit on. This also applies to the numerous tunnels.
The hike is not very long and also has no major altitude differences, yet it is demanding.
