Stage 3 Putney to Kingston
Interesting walk along the River, at time of walking October 2025, path closed at Kew Gardens. Note the official diversion takes you over Kew Bridge on North bank of the Thames, this route takes you South of Kew Gardens thus avoiding the £25 entrance fee through the gardens.

Far too much walking along a busy road.

Great walk, bit muddy in places. The route at the woods near rickling green isn't quite correct so some common sense to find the way.
Easy walk only the length would make it expert.
