A great loop from Üröm with my four-legged hiking partner 🐕🥾 Up and across the Kevély hilltops, with plenty of climbing and views along the way, then a visit to Mackó-barlang on the return. A surprisingly adventurous loop right on Budapest’s doorstep. ⛰️🌲

A lovely loop from Pilisszentlászló 🥾🌲. We followed the Apátkúti-stream through the beautiful, increasingly narrow Apátkúti-gorge, then made our way back along the famous Spartacus-trail (an old hunting trail). Induljel! 🥾 Lago di Doberdò — Ring Tour
A beautiful and varied walk through the Karst landscape around Lago di Doberdò, one of the rare karst lakes with no surface inflow or outlet, fed mainly by underground water. Unfortunately, the water level was extremely low, so there wasn’t much of a lake to see today.

Induljel! 🥾 Rilke Trail — Duino to Sistiana
A spectacular coastal walk along the limestone cliffs above the Gulf of Trieste. The Rilke Trail runs through the Duino Cliffs Nature Reserve, combining Mediterranean vegetation, rugged Karst scenery and fantastic views over the Adriatic. 🌊
