I recommend not doing it with a racing bike, like me, but with gravel bikes: in the end there are 5/6 km of dirt roads and a couple of challenging climbs and descents (10%/15% with lengths between 0.5 and 1km).

I would like to add an important clarification: the Fosso Fioio path is not suitable, for a good stretch (at least 1 km approximately 1 hour after Camerata) to be traveled by bike, not even with a "professional" MTB (unless be willing to carry it on your shoulders for that km).
