The trip follows the first half of the Rasperpunt Trail. Instead of returning through the hills it follows the main road in order to avoid climbs.

Bushbuck loop
Walk starts at the entry point for the trails near the rest camp. It follows the end of the Acacia Trail to the starting point of the trails. It continues with the entire Bushbuck Trail. The terrain is initially flat through bushes and fynbos. Towards the end of the Bushbuck Trail is a very steep section over rocks. The return trail follows the gravel road until the starting point of the trail and ends with the beginning of the Acacia Trail.
