Spontaneously decided to redirect the running route to the Hewen. The way down was tough, if the profile of the shoes is thick with mud, all that remains is controlled sliding it was always nice.

Now I understand what is so tricky about the course ... 11km uphill ... you have to be careful with your strength ... but still a very nice lap.
