Today it finally started again. A little round before we met for coffee with the in-laws.We parked on Wuppertaler Strasse. The first time we went through Solingen along the road, until the beautiful green hiking trail started. The paths were a bit muddy at times, but that's no wonder after the rain. The round is really a little highlight. Most of the time the paths lead through the nature reserve and you really get to see something in the landscape. Highly recommended 😁

Today I ran a nice leisurely lap near Wermelskirchen.
The round starts at the Dahl hiking car park and leads through a beautiful forest path to the small Dhüntalsperre. The circular route leads a short distance along the Dhünn, and then along the road through smaller farms and back over a forest path to the Dhünntalsperre. There is a very beautiful and lovingly prepared hiking rest area at the Hofschaften. My personal highlight of the round :)

Today we were on a circular hiking trail in the Neandertal. Somehow we kept having problems with the app on the way and unfortunately it only recorded part of the route. At the end of the recorded route, we continued to the left on the map until we got back to the beginning of the route. We started from the hiking car park on Talstr. The first + last part goes along the road until there is the hiking trail on the left. The weather wasn't the best on Good Friday morning, but with the right clothes it wasn't a problem. The Düssel accompanies us almost the whole round and offers beautiful motifs as well as a view when resting.
The section at the bison + aurochs enclosure (near the Neandertal Museum) was well attended. On the sometimes narrow paths that was sometimes unnerving, especially since some hikers have already acted very recklessly. But luckily that was the exception. If the museum is open again, you can easily make a stop there, as you walk past it.A beautiful route of almost 11 km, for which we needed about 4 hours at a leisurely pace with two intermediate stops.

That was a really nice, cozy round today.
The start was on Rader Str. And led the first part along the Wupper until you come to the dam. For me, this stage was the most beautiful part of the route. However, the next time I would go the other way around, so that the Wuppertalsperre comes to the end. So you have the highlight of the round at the end. Then it went over a very adventurous forest path, which was also really beautiful. However, it ended abruptly at a fenced paddock.
Either our GPS signal was not the best or the route is a bit older. We then fought a few meters across the country to get to the street that ran parallel. From Oberfeldbach then the last part of the route across the country back to the starting point.

A very nice round starting in the village of Gruiten. As expected, there was a lot of public traffic in the village itself, but that later got lost on the paths. The round offers really beautiful landscapes that invite you to linger for a little rest.My personal highlight of the tour: the overgrown building remains at the nature reserve Grube 7 :)

This afternoon a nice little hike from Müngstener Brückenpark to Unterburg and back again.Unfortunately, the tour planner did not take over the little highlights, such as the beautiful church in Unterburg or Haus Waldfrieden. But luckily you couldn't miss it.Beautiful landscape along the Wupper in good weather.
