I’d say the first half of this loop is pointless!
Once you’re off the road and into the country the ride becomes impossible.
This is not a cycle route.
If you go then you’ll be pushing or carrying your bike and you WILL lose the trail.
The second half isn’t much better.. the trail is thick mud and deep

Amazing ride but Dudley the wind was horrendous 😊

Not the greatest of rides in December... first part just a bog and deep ruts got loads better down in the valley following the river then a big road climb to another bog back to the road and back to the start.
NOT an easy ride as komoot suggests, very technical decent into the valley, wet slippery rocks
