A really beautiful but nevertheless very strenuous hike.
Definitely hike in the direction indicated. On the way back it is more of a via ferrata. You should take at least 3 liters of water with you, even on days that are not so hot.
You shouldn't be afraid of heights either, as you have to climb very close
