Endlich wieder im Sattel 🙌🏻
Hat sehr gut getan nach viel zu langer Pause wieder in die Pedale zu treten und das Brennen in den Oberschänkeln zu spüren. Die Route führt kurz nach der Sambatrasse durch ein Waldstück auf einem engen Wanderpfad, wo man mehrmals wegen umgefallenen Bäumen und Bachüberquerungen absteigen muss...ein kleines Abenteuer, das in Erinnerung bleibt.

Von Zandvoort nach Volendam
Eine unglaubliche Fahrt war das. Ich verneige mich vor der niederländischen Radinfrastruktur. Unterwegs erlebte ich nahtlose ineinander übergehende gepflegte Radwege, tolle Parks voll mit fröhlichen Menschen, Natur, Strand, Stadt, Land, Mühlen, Kanäle...ein ausgesprochen gelungener Nachmittag.

Hail, headwind, tired back and legs, but also great trails, lots of nature, and occasional sunshine.
It was a very demanding tour; I struggled increasingly from kilometer 120 onward, and the climb toward Haßlinghausen was the last straw for me.

We set off early at 7 a.m., before rush hour on the bike paths began and the heat took its toll.
There was some gravel along the way, but also paths through beautiful fields with no traffic and plenty of nature in the Angertal valley. Overall, highly recommended 🚲🍻
