Surprisingly easy hike with a spectacular view as a reward. The parking lot to this short trail is not marked, nor is the trail itself. However it is very easy to find and follow. The path is unpaved. Near the viewpoint there is plenty of space to sit at one of the many picknick-tables and benches. Lunch

Take the shuttle to Hermits Rest and start the trail along the rim towards Mohave Point. The views, as expected, are simply breathtaking and humbling. Most of our hike was unpaved. Paved trail is also possible, but the views will be much less spectacular along the way.

Lovely easy to follow mostly unpaved trail with some gorgeous views of the surrounding rocks. The trail starts at the parking in Curry Village. A short while after the start there are restrooms. At Tenaya Creek Bridge don't cross the street as I did by mistake, but go right and cross the bridge.
