Mostly on roads with no pavement so not good with dog although not much traffic.

I came down a different path to the main forest track. It all went well until i came out above some aggregate quarrying. Luckily they weren'tworking and i was able to scramble down the scree.

Start at the Cider Barn. It has toilets and is a great place to finish. Hot and cold drinks (including cider, of course!) and scrummy cakes
The road from Hundred Acre Wood car park down to Wickham Common was unpleasant - a mile with my dog on a fairly busy road with no pavements.
