Just a gentle cruise on my regular circuit. Nursing some muscle strain that I've had for some time. Not will to stop exercising while I have the holiday time to do it though. I can rest when I get back to work.

Another cruise up to Nudgee Beach and back the same way. I wanted the undulations of the main track rather than the flat ride through the wetlands. Not as scenic but better for improving my strength and fitness.
Oh, and I DO NOT recommend the burger and fish shop in…

Lunch time ride to one of the local beauty spots. Nudgee Beach, Brisbane. Return trip through the Boondall Wetlands. Wetlands is such a nice name for Swamp, though Swamp is a better description.
