Catch the train to Kleine Scheidegg from Lauterbrunnen for incredible views up through the valley to the top. Then walk down on a beautiful hike on mostly gravelled paths, few steep sections through the woods down to Wengen via waterfalls and beyond. Amazing views, more like 4-5 hours if taking it slow
