Completed mid September after Schools returned. Depart Fairbourne pleasant ride along Mawddach trail to Dolgellau. Here joined NCR 8 with two horrendous climbs the latter one peaking at 20%. The descent to Corris was worse (steeper & longer) making us feel better. Good job it was a dry day.... that descent

Great modest ride from Fairbourne over the railway Bridge to Barmouth them along the estuary road to Dolgellau. Whilst on an A road ‐ the traffic was not excessive and we enjoyed some great views of Cadair Idris and the River. The best bit was the return trail, flat as a pancake on the other side of
