This one starts in Banstead village. Take the path through the Holly Lane Allotments and then cross Holly Lane to take the opposite footpath taking you up to Banstead Woods and the open fields beyond. Once through the fields start taking a left and enter Banstead Woods via Perrot's Farm. Following the ridge line , overlooking Chipstead, cut back through the woods taking one of the main paths down to Park Farm Cross Holly Lane onto Park Downs and following Holly Lane along the paths at the bottom of Park Downs before heading back up to the village through the same allotment path.

Park for free on Winkworth Road or surrounding streets and walk down the footpath to be taken through a small stretch of woodland and out onto the open Downs where they have rare breed sheep to help with natural grazing of the Downs and far reaching views. From the open downland head towards your right and cross Sutton Lane to do a loop through woodland with many native species. Follow a path that takes you back towards Winkworth Riad. By public transport you can take the S1 bus from Sutton, the 80 bus from Morden.or the 166 from Croydon.
