Loop in Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve
Nice walk along the shore, between beaches and dunes. Well preserved nature reserve. Beautiful sights.
Best is to stay along the beach: there are also some paths in the dunes but not well maintained, and sometimes arriving in no-go zones (nature preservation).
Starting point is a large free parking area.

Activity
A walk above the cliffs, alternative to the traditional boat activity. In Polignano a Mare, possibility to walk further to the old town of course.
Some nice hidden spots for a swim underway..
