An awesome day that started at 3 degrees and ended with 22. Lovely countryside with little traffic and decent roads..... Most enjoyable. The only downside was how low the River Annan was.... So little rain lately, but gorgeous with it.

Windy as buggery today, blowing from the south, so first 6-7 miles hard graft but pretty flat and not too bad out of the wind.

A fairly up and down, some off road some paths, some road and some old railway trackbed but always interesting with some distinctive landmarks, terrific scenery and a good friend to show me round........ And the weather was kind too.

Cracking ride with some gravel which turned into a huge climb and of course descent with stunning views . Whinlatter is the easiest pass but was still a task slightly harder on the gravel section. Keswick was mega busy so didnt hang around too long with Keswick bikes worth a look .

Good ride with a 15 percent lengthy climb back from the lake with of course nice views .

Great ride with awesome scenery (complete with Clegs, horrible things) until just before Glenkiln Reservoir, the dreaded flashing red light on the display of the Fazua 50. This meant no more assistance, just before the 2 biggest climbs. Still didn't spoil the ride though and is thoroughly recommended
