I ride standard and recumbent bikes based in Powys I started riding a recumbent years after a motorcycle accident injurying my right knee, which I thought had ended any ideas of riding properly - I have recently moved onto a standard frame bicycle which I use daily but I still love the different experience of riding a recumbent.
