Au départ du vaste parking de Botrange vous passez la butte Baltia pour ensuite descendre vers la Maison du Parc que vous contournez. Vous longez alors le Neur Lowé puis la Fagne Setai pour emorunter la route de l'ancienne douane qui rejoint Longfaye pour alors grimper sur Ovifat par la route du Bayehon. S'en suit une plongée vers le lac de Robertville que vous laissez derrière, en admirant au passage une splendide vue sur le Château de Reinhardstein, passez successivement par les villages de Walk, Bruyères et champagne pour retrouver l'autre bout du lac de Robertville.
