Da Frattocchie verso Roma attraverso la regina viarum (appia antica). Poco dopo stazione magliana si inbocca la regina ciclarum fino a fiumicino. Si costeggia il mare fino a torvajanica, con possibile sosta in riva al mare. Ritorno a frattocchie attraverso via dei castelli romani e via della solfatara.

Nice ride. Constant climb up to the forcola where you start to descend again. At the forcola it is easy to lose the path and the descent is very technical if only due to the vegetation which forces you to get off the bike for about 1/2 km.
