Heute stand die letzte Tour in den Niederlanden an. Nachdem mir Gouda und Amsterdam sehr gut gefallen hatten, wollte ich sehen, ob Rotterdam da mithalten kann.
Für meinen Geschmack war ist das nicht der Fall, wenngleich auch Rotterdam einige alte Bauten und viele Windmühlen in der Stadt…

🌟 Amsterdam 🌟
Hallo zusammen 🙂
Heute stand also die Hauptstadt auf dem Programmzettel. Neben einigen futuristisch anmutenden Gebäuden, hat die Stadt zahlreiche Bauten aus früheren Jahren.
Ich war insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht und habe die Besichtigung sehr genossen.

Gouda, tolle Stadt! Lecker Käse 😉
Der Stadtkern ist wunderschön und definitiv einen Besuch wert, solange er noch so erhalten ist.
Viele alte Häuser, oder zumindest Fassaden, enge Gassen, gemütliche Cafés.
Wunderschöne Schiffe liegen im Hafen vor Anker. Natürlich gibt es auch überall etwas Käse zu kaufen...

🌾 Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen 🌾
Meine 200. Komoot Tour sollte mich heute in die Niederlade, nach Zandvoort und die "Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen" führen.
Zandvoort, eine Tourihochburg für deutsche wie mir schien, war mir doch zu wuselig.
Zum Baden habe ich mir für morgen einen etwas ruhigeren Platz ausgekundschaftet.
Viel entspannter war es da in der Dünenlandschaft.…

Nach der Radtour durch Den Haag gestern habe ich heute eine kleine Wanderung durch den Ort unternommen und das Schloss Keukenhof besucht.
Wunderschönes Schloss mit toll angelegten Gärten. Der Besuch hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Ich bin mit dem Auto und dem Rad hinten drauf an den Stadtrand gefahren, um von dort aus mit dem Fahrrad Den Haag zu erkunden.
Ausgeweitet habe ich das noch auf Scheveningen, wo besonders das Kurhaus einen besonderen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.
