Had a problem with bike on last ride so did some "maintenance" and managed to break rear wheel bearing nut. Took it to bike shop for repair.......... and got ambushed by shiny new bikes! Did same route as last week 3km/hr faster - worth every zloty!

Went on holiday here a few years ago, thought it would be nice to see it again on a ‘bike’. Scary as hell in a car, buses careering round blind corners in the middle of the road as they seem to have automatic right of way there. Still, lovely views!

Lumpier!
Had to start my free month as I’d used up free goes. It’s a bit false as my trainer’s max slope is 7% and some of the route regularly went up to 12+%. Still found it hard tho. Need to buy a fan.

Got a trainer! Got a free app!
Needs a bit of tweaking, my tyres are hybrid and it makes the wheel slip when the weight comes on. Bought a trainer tyre but my rims are too wide (oooh err missus!) but bike bloke says it would be ok........we'll see.
I managed to complete a ride but had to stop as 1. Laptop

Polish train action! It was an express to Poznan so belting along - hence framing wasn’t the best.
Polish traffic sign humour! See how the road plunges. 😳🤔 The only one of those signs I’ve seen around here and they put it there?
Snow has gone and temps up to 7-8 deg so went for a Kostryn loop.

Inspired by the mighty blue point burglers and the tories getting thumped, I decided to venture out this morning. Wind was colder than I anticipated so had to choose a north/south route rather than risk a chilly head wind! Watch accidentally stopped halfway back!😤

Back on it after getting back to poland. Did a couple of rides in wales but also did my back in so was limited for a while. Hope all well there!
Darwin has a bit more to learn than Erling? Can you make them keep it to a reasonable scoreline on sat?
