I rode this loop in late October. The vines were bushing, the King River was running fast, and the eucalipt forests looked their finest. I did the loop clockwise. Riding to Cheshunt and then along the valley floor on Upper King River Road, you will pass a dozen vinyards. This was once tobacco country

The ride starts and finishes at Lunan House in Drumcondra. It takes you along the St Helen's shorline, to North Shore, then along the Cowie Creek bike path, North Geelong' light industrial area then finally along the Rippleside shoreline.
Like
