The stretch along the coast, from Airor to Invergusuran, can be very muddy (September 2025) and really is more a hiking path or for a skilled mountain biker. I ended up pushing my gravel bike on and off for few miles. Also, i had to carry my bike across the river at Invergusuran. Water was about a foot
