Nice walk around the Nördlingen city wall. The wall is mostly covered, which makes it fun even in bad weather. It feels like you're just walking straight ahead the whole time. You don't notice that you're walking in circles... :)
At the Löpsinger Tor there is a museum on various levels in the tower for a 3€ entrance fee.

A small hiking trail leads up the mountain from Kolympia. The path is marked, but you may have to search for it at times. There are some beautiful spots along the way to enjoy the view.
Getting to the very top requires a bit of scrambling.
Good shoes and a good level of physical fitness are highly recommended.
