Quiet roads and bike path. Back roads to the bike/pedestrian path beside the river Adur. Then back towards Shoreham on Coombe Road, via Botolphs, and to the old wooden bridge over the Adur on the new (2024) but of bike path. Mostly flat. The small climbs add up to about 100m. Can also be done on a road

Mostly on quiet roads, plus the old railway path up to Devil's Dyke and the River Adur path back to Shoreham. Good surfaces. The section from the Edburton road to the Adur bike path is a fairly busy road.

A decent road route to the beach from Mikki's. Roads not too busy on a January Saturday. The Komoot suggestions for off-road/MTB routes, on the other hand, are a disaster: tracks that don't exist or are deep sand, for example.

From the motorhome Aire on the island at the bus park (Autobus parking Bargeweg) to the village of Damme. Skirting the edge of central Bruges, following canals on good bike paths. Windmills, boats, countryside and a pretty village with cobbled streets. An antidote to the busy centre of Bruges just before Christmas.
