Achtung ⚠️ der Wegabschnitt von Km 3,5 bis 4,7 ist nicht markiert. Die Wegspuren verlieren sich in diesem schwierigen Abschnitt immer wieder. Das Gelände ist steil abfallend. Wald und Waldlichtungen mit langem Gras erschweren die Wegfindung.

After the Gumpengrätle (there were still snow patches on the path there), I did NOT descend to the chapel at the saddle. I went off-trail up the eastern ridge, which was extremely steep and exposed at the top. I recommend taking the normal route.
