Drittel: sehr hoppelige Naturwege, die Fahrspuren oft versandet, meistens im Stehen fahren 😳 2.Drittel: Vielitz => Herzberg, super schöner Asphalt (kein Radweg nur Autostraße aber sehr wenig Verkehr), ABER: VOLL Gegenwind 😳😳 3.Drittel: Herzberg => Rüthnick, schöne Autostraße, kein Wind, super Endspurt 🚀 Und das alles mit starken Rückenbeschwerden - aber Radfahren geht 😅
