It's good to be home! This is always a beautiful coastal walk. Excellent sushi and deer resting in the cemetery bring back many memories from living in Victoria. 🥰

It's been a busy spring but we had some time today and happily watched all the ducklings (Mandarin, Mallard, Coot) around the lakes. 😊

Love that the forest is bright and green again! ☀️💚 As for photos, sometimes they seem to be added twice or not at all so not sure which are really there 🤷🏻♀️

A friend took us on this lovely walk and shared some interesting points about the surrounding nature. We saw a large rabbit and a butterfly that landed on one of our water bottles! At the beginning, we tried to get some shade under the trees but the grass and brambles are overgrown at the moment. Oh well, onwards! There's another segment where the pocket turned off recording so it looks very direct, but we just followed the path into the forest.

It's been a busy summer with moving but we are back in BC! This was just a short walk around the park because the air was quite smokey from wildfires in the region.
