For this trip we took a train (RB) from Munich to Kochen, and then took a bus from Kochen (9608) to Walchensee. You can use Bayern ticket for the travel and both the train and the bus is included in it. Very easy hike!

Somehow we did not find any hiking trail when we visited Konigsee . So we created our own hiking trail which starts from Obersee and goes all the way to the waterfall and we return from the same path. The toughest part of this journey is the sudden incline of around 60-70 steps and climbing down by same
