Tintern Angydi valley trail Penterry Tintern circular
Very pleasant walk along the Angydi river past the interesting remnants of a furnace. Easy walk uphill along the wooded ancient track and lane to Penterry church . Downhill to Tintern past the ruins of St Mary's church. Nice views of the farming countryside and forests of the Wye valley.

Redbrook Staunton Kymin circular
Forest path is steep at first but easy and well defined, mostly clay and dirt underfoot. Nice visit to Staunton church before walking out of the village to pick up the wide easy forest track to Kymin. Easy Downhill on Offa Dyke path from Kymin back to Redbrook. Beautiful views…

Nice ascent on the Beacons way, the view across the valley open up as we go up.
360 degrees view from the top. Steep descent, very muddy in some places.
