Long sections of heavy mud and water. Don't even think about it unless you have good waterproof boots. Also parking difficult so start at one of the pubs. Aside from this its a great walk!

Great Hike, good fitness required for undulating terrain particularly over 'Severn Sisters' but effort well rewarded with some stunning and dramatic scenery. Take plenty of water and snacks/food. Only refreshment and toilet stop on route is at Cuckmere Haven unless you do a slight detour down to Birling
