Great Hike, good fitness required for undulating terrain particularly over 'Severn Sisters' but effort well rewarded with some stunning and dramatic scenery. Take plenty of water and snacks/food. Only refreshment and toilet stop on route is at Cuckmere Haven unless you do a slight detour down to Birling
