Done early in the morning. Lots of sand between Vert Bois and Saint Trojan, it's well worth a little elevation ;). The path along Saint Trojan beach is beautiful. Short passage to the port of Salines.
Very nice course also in the marshes (roads and paved paths + cycle path)

1st part, a mix of paved paths, rock and dirt. Cool break in Limeuil (a short swim for me) then return to the paved road, a nice descent and a nice climb. Beautiful landscape.
