Kühgundkopf via Iseler Trailrun
Mit der Wiedhagbahn hoch zur Wiedhagalpe. Von dort über den Schmugglerweg auf den Iselergrat. Über den Kühgundkopf und die Kühgundspitze auf den Iseler. Runter dann direkt nach Bad Oberdorf und die Füße direkt ins kneipp Becken! Gut zu laufen, Aussicht heute leider recht bewölkt.
