Downhill from PLH. Some stops at waterfalls. No signboards showing Schwarzberghütte until Giebelhaus. A climb upto the Hütte from there. We also combined the hike to Engeratsgund See

After the day hike we tried to summit Lachenspitze overlooking all the three lakes due to starting late we weren't able to summit it and returned to Landsbergerhütte. But we did get to see some great Alpine wildlife, Marmots and wild Deers

Took the Bus 120 from Reutte in Tirol to reach Tannheim. Started the hike around 1130. After a lunch pause at Vilsalpsee we hiked up to Traualpsee. There were some Alpacas which were unexpected and cows and also pigs around. Also the positioning of the Landsbergerhütte was picturesque. Made to Landsbergerhütte 1700.

Started the hike around 12:45 after lunch. Crossed forests and valleys with grazing cows to reach Heimgarten mountain cafe where we stopped for lunch. Continued further along the ridge connecting to Herzogstand, which was challenging in the sun. After a short stop at the panorama viewtower of Herzogstand, the descent started, passing a hut and forest to reach the parking lot finally at 20:30

As a prep for the Huttentocht in Germany we did a small one in the area of Berg en Dal. Slightly hillly best we could have in the Netherlands 😝
