Thoroughly enjoying the route then disaster struck. A pedal snaped off and destroyed the thread.. tried to re thread it for 30 mins then made the decision to about turn as most of that was down hill back to civilisation, freewheel down the hills, hike with bike up the inclines,Once back on Glinn road found a sign (public footpaths for kippen) 2 mile so headed that way, Chained bike up at Kippen store. Taxi back to Stirling for the van.. bike now in velocity waiting on replacement crank. 😬🫣💸 The moore road to Gargunnock Hills. I believe its called Spout of Ballockleam.

60miles then then battery ran out lol! Quite impressed actually 60 mile automatic setting power. I Though it was going to make it home but at Alloa it suddenly jumped from 10mile to 5miles so I switched it off and started to peddal but it didn't even last 1 mile after that.. the last 6mile were murder its an absolute tank. There are better options for off road between kelty and Kingseat but my battery was getting low and daylight hours also. So it was just the quickest route by then.

Cycled earlier trying to avoid the rain. Explored some new trails that other local cyclist had shared. The trees are just fab at the moment the colour changes.

Wee blast round the block for a coffee with a friend, back via Baynes, Picked up lunch and back home.. Very lazy day.. Size of the thorns im pulling out tyres at the moment is unreal

Group cycle to Kippen Station, lots of hedge cutting going on at the moment, As usual my tyres find about 3 thorns multiple punctures front & rear. Thank goodness for Tubless sealant.. tyres white where the sealant running 3 places on front 1 on the back. Group split on the way back some opting to brave the hedge trimming and others heading over the Hill to Doune.

After nightshift cycle which ended up a lot further than I intended after missing a turning.. Ended up in Fintry lol! Lovely coffee @ The courtyard cafe, then chasing sunset back home.

Making the most of the October sunshine 🌞. Before work😵 Plenty hedge trimming going on after Rossburn lane, Robertson lane and half.way down chalmerston road. Pulling wee twigs off my tyres stuck into the rubber.. demented thank goodness for sealant 😂🫣
