Jumps loop from Cassis
Great loop and two good descents the second of which you pretty much need to take the options either side of the walking trail as they appear.
Nice bit of rock on the second decent and a couple of non-optional drops to keep you on your toes.

Roc la Tour – Breathtaking viewing point loop from Tournavaux
All in all a good walk but the route did send us up a steep and fairly gnarly MTB trail. Not good as there was very little room to the sides and Management has a bad knee which didn't help.
Good for the dog and lots of off lead time…

Cholesbury Camp and St Leonard's Church loop from Hawridge Common — Chiltern Hills
Lovely stroll with plenty of variety and easy enough for the old wife even with a bad knee. Plenty of off lead for the dog and cow free. Full Moon pub at the finish, bonus!

Miserden Park Lake – St Andrew's Church, Miserden loop from Winstone
Great walk as always. Lots of sheep with lambs all the way round. Came back up a new (to us) way which wasn't overly exciting but did mean we got to see the herd of deer that seems to hang around.
Pub was open which was a bonus.

Great route until about 3/4 of the way through where it sends you down a slurry filled farm track. TBF the farmer has rerouted through the adjoining field but still a bit of the track to negotiate in getting to the diversion.
