Another ride from Ahrensburg.
I give the way a 3-star rating because it’s simply a point A to point B ride. There are a couple of kilometers that pass through open farmland with some nicely paved bike ways, but otherwise it’s on poorly maintained bike paths.

A lap of the Alster
A beautiful fall day, people out and about, well paved bike lanes. The lap of the Alster was great. But then don’t do what I did and ride past the Hbf. Too many stupid people, delivery bikes, e-Scooters etc. that don’t pay attention. Kind of dangerous at times.

60 Km there and back
Just kind of, in effect, threw a dart on the map and went there. The first part was typical uneven bike lanes along the streets mit ein paar Baustellen für spaß ein geworfen. Aber dann, im Wald, alles war super. Und das sehr geliebt Resturant war nett. Und dann, weiter durch den Wald und nach Hause.

A tour around Cuxhaven
Started by following one of the trips suggested by Komoot, and then, after I finished that, I just kept on going. It was mostly great riding, but with a few places that were, yeah, less than optimal.

The scenic route home
So, on the way back, again, from Isemarkt, I decided to pass through Jungfernstieg and see how the construction was progressing (it’s mostly done, thankfully). But then, I heard a band playing, realized it was Friday around 12:45, and therefore it could only be the Hamburg Polizei Orchester doing their regular Friday noon hour thing in front of the Rathaus. Well worth it if you’re in the area (during the warm months). I play with them on occasion and so it was great to say hi to a few colleagues.
