I'm Paul, and I have both ADHD and Autism. I find it hard to stay indoors for too long because sensory overload quickly becomes overwhelming 🤯
The outdoors is where I feel most at ease, free to be myself without the pressure of people trying to tell me how to act based on what they've seen in an Instagram video from some 'influencer' 🤦♂️. I personally find that too many people expect you to be like everyone else and if you are different, they don't accept you. Whereas animals are more accepting 😊
