A (rare) zen moment in Los Angeles. The Japanese Garden is quite small yet interesting. The building was unfortunately closed but familiar: it was used in many sci-fi movies as a shooting location. The opening times of the garden are inconvenient, check in advance.

On the hunt for one of the most iconic shooting locations of Gattaca and American Horror Story: Sepulveda Dam. The way there is tricky: the post-rain flooding caused the Haskell Creek to swamp over some pathways forcing me to detour twice (as you can see in the trail record). Nevertheless I saw an actual coyote in the wild.

A nice and interesting trail around the Oakwood Memorial Park Cemetery. The cemetery workers warned me that there might be rattle snakes on or around the trail! The entrance to the trail could easily be mistaken with a private entry next to it. Oh, and "Andora" is really with just one R. 😉

A lovely bike ride with @Dometilla in beautiful weather! Unfortunately, the bike path is closed just before the Garching Forschungszentrum, and the route west of the Isar is a bit rocky, but otherwise very nice!
